Frequently Asked Questions
What if my parent says their life is not interesting?
The film is not about fame. It is about the voice, humor, memories, values, and presence that make someone irreplaceable to their family.
Do you provide the questions ahead of time?
Yes. We plan the themes together and can share prompts beforehand. Family members may also contribute questions for longer films.
Where does filming take place?
Filming can happen in a familiar home, another meaningful setting, or—in some cases—our Pomona studio. We discuss travel and location during the story call.
Can more than one person be interviewed?
Yes. Couples and additional family members can be included. We will recommend the right structure and provide a custom quote.
Is this only for someone near the end of life?
Not at all. Families commission films for birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions, estate planning, or simply because now feels right.
Preserve the person, not just the history.
There is no obligation and no cart. Just a human conversation about someone who matters to you.
